I teach Modern Standard Arabic and Levantine dialect, focusing on all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. My lessons use conversations, PDFs, articles, videos, and presentations. As an advanced learner, I find Ali to be great for me. He's knowledgeable and encouraging. You should definitely meet with him and get practice speaking. My only feedback would be that he should elicit more speaking on my part. I think as he continues giving lessons he will become better and better.
It's also worth noting that I feel very comfortable being on the call with Ali. He's not judgmental. He does not seem bored when we talk. He has interesting things to say and he's not discouraging.
If you're an advanced learner you should definitely go with Ali.
