I want my students to learn to speak Spanish as a native speaker does. I have had experience teaching in high school. I consider myself a teacher who has a vocation and a love for teaching. I like to work a lot on pronunciation, expressions, grammar, and vocabulary in real practice. I like to focus on all the language skills, especially on speaking. I want my students to lose the fear of expressing themselves and of making mistakes. I had an amazing class with Maria. I learned about Colombia’s mountain ranges, volcanoes, fauna, flora and numerous other things. The class was just as interesting and enjoyable as the documentaries that I enjoy watching. If you enjoy learning about Colombia, it’s culture, it’s history and it’s people, and learn proper Spanish at the same time, you’ll definitely enjoy taking lessons with Maria. She is really a great teacher.
