Maria has so much passion for teaching and life in general, it is very motivating. As a beginner, it’s easy for me to feel overwhelmed with new information and concepts but Maria knows how to explain everything so clearly and with enthusiasm that it makes learning and practicing new things much more fun and easier to understand. She provides a lot of material and examples as well. Maria is one of the best instructors I’ve had on italki.

Maria has a bubbly personality that is very welcoming in her classes. You feel like you're talking with a friend. I can't recommend her enough, you will not regret having her as your Spanish teacher. She is one of the best teachers, I have had the pleasure of learning with.

It’s been really nice working with María! I enjoy how she makes the lessons engaging by keeping the conversations open and natural. She's very patient, which makes it easier to feel comfortable while learning. I also appreciate the way she introduces grammar—it’s not just rules and memorization, but material that really helps you understand and remember how to use it in real conversations. I always look forward to our lessons!

Siempre disfruto las clases con María. Es obvio que le encanta enseñar y siempre le alegra discutir cualquier pregunta que tenga. No importa si tiene que ver con la gramática, la fonética, el vocabulario, la cultura colombiana o lo que sea. En cada clase aprendo mucho y puedo practicar hablar y entender en español.

I have had a great experience learning with Maria Alejandra. She is a very welcoming and nice person. She has made sure I have all the resources needed to learn and makes sure to answer any questions I have. Her lessons are fun, and I have learned a lot since I started working with her!
