My name is Ekaterina, I’m 30 and I am a teacher of Russian. I am a very open, positive, funny and friendly person.
I live in Sochi (Russia) and in Munich (Germany). Before I also lived near the Baikal – the deepest and cleanest lake on the planet, located in Eastern Siberia.
I have a lot of hobbies, such as traveling, photographing beautiful places, reading classical literature, writing creative texts, listening to rock music, walking, etc. And I just love Russian!
Besides Russian, I speak English, German and Serbian, so if you have never studied Russian, we will definitely find a common language.Che tipo di insegnante sono
By education, I am a journalist and a linguist with a specialization in Russian as a foreign language. I have been studied with the most professional linguists and Russian language teachers in Russia (Higher School of Economics, Moscow). I have been teaching Russian for 7 years and have worked with a wide variety of ages (from 6 to 84 years old), nationalities and levels of language proficiency (from A0 to C2). I always do my best to be an interesting teacher who teaches with a sincere desire to help others! The main goal of people who learn a foreign language is communication. Therefore, the most important task for me is to help you speak as quickly as possible. I can explain to you any material in an easy and interesting way. You will learn to express your thoughts, feelings, and be able to have a conversation on various topics. We will talk a lot, listen, read, write, discuss interesting topics, get acquainted with the culture, traditions and geography of Russia. Kata has been very encouraging and helpful in my Russian learning. The language can be very complicated and difficult, but Kata can break things down into manageable parts and has a wealth of patience for those like myself who make the same mistakes several times and need frequent reminders. I highly recommend Kata to anyone interested in beginning or continuing to study Russian.

Learning a language with Катя is like finding the cure to anxiety and stress, so you can finally focus in the moment on something as daunting as learning Russian… imagine the feeling of getting drunk and then having a cigarette to switch your brain back on for clarity in your life… да, exactly!
