¡Hola! My name is Sandra and I am from Peru. I have worked in fields that require an understanding of different cultures and the use of both Spanish and English like export logistics and medical interpreting. So I can provide you with a variety of topics and tips to help you be more natural when speaking Spanish. I love traveling and sharing experiences and my culture with others. I also enjoy listening to music in different languages, reading about traveling and life, crafting and visual journaling.
With a positive mindset, I am interested in learning about the interests, goals, and needs of my students so that I can personalize my lessons and provide them with a better class. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced student, I am here to help you in the best way that I can. It all depends on what you want to focus on and we'll go from there. I want to help you gain the confidence and fluency you need to use Spanish in any situation, using real life examples.
If you are a beginner, I have presentations with vocabulary and grammar points that can help you form a variety of sentences for a wide range of topics. We will make our own dialogues based on what we see on each class.
For more advance students, we can talk about any topic of your preference, and I'll gladly help you improve if you have any difficulty with the pronunciation or grammar of your sentences. We also have the option of reading an article and discussing it.Il mio materiale didattico

Sandra is an outstanding teacher. She clearly explains even the most difficult concepts, provides interesting exercises and examples and gently challenges you. She's also delightfully funny, intelligent, insightful and warm. I highly recommend her -- but don't take my thrice-weekly spot!

I really appreciate Sandra’s patient and creative teaching methods. I typically have my own agenda and she adapts to my direction and always provides valuable insight for me to learn Spanish. Definitely recommend her after being my teacher for over one year!

Sandra is an excellent teacher with a unique ability to explain concepts clearly. She give realistic examples and provides opportunities to put the theory into practice during her lessons. I highly recommend her to other intermediate level speakers wishing to finesse their Spanish.
