Hi my name is Mira I am a teacher for Arabic language I am twenty nine years old. I was born in Cairo and now i live in Alexandria, Egypt. I like to listen to music, watch movies, read world literature, and love to discover new things and different cultures I am an academic researcher with a master’s degree (Modern Arabic Literature). Cairo University. I have been teaching Arabic since 2011, that like 10 years so far. I teach to different students from different backgrounds and countries around the world whether here in Egypt or online. I teach Arabic based on what the students needs and goals whether they are interested Arab culture, or if they work in the diplomatic or media field, I rely on the material and books taught in the American University in Cairo. Whatever the student's mother tongue is, I always use pictures, language games, and movies as a medium To communicate in the classroom, this method helps students gain a new language faster, and makes the class more fun. I divide my course, based on the criteria of the European Reference Framework for Languages, which means that the course consists of 6 levels. I initially test the student so that I canassess his level in both listening, speaking, reading and writing

Mirhan is amongst the best language teachers I’ve had, she has a structured approach but is also able to mix and match based off of what she thinks can suit you best. Very grateful to have classes with her.

I've been studying Arabic with Tutor Mirhan for nearly a year. She tailors the lesson materials to my Arabic level and interests. Each weekly lesson is exceptionally well-prepared, and through our interactions, I not only gain Arabic knowledge but also deepen my understanding of events happening in the Middle East and the world beyond. If any student wishes to learn not just the language but also gain deep insights into the Arab world through beautiful Arabic, I highly recommend Tutor Mirhan!!

Mirhan is a very engaging teacher. I can definitely feel myself improving in my Arabic in a short period learning with her. She’s considerate, supportive and funny. Definitely recommend her as a professor !
