はじめまして！佐保（さほ）です。日本のメーカー、外資系企業で8年間、人事の仕事を担当し、採用活動や新人研修などを行ってきました。東京、大阪の企業で働いた後、日本語教師をしています。2人の息子を育てる母親です。 特化していること： ・ビジネス日本語（敬語/メール/商習慣） ・日本企業で働きたい方の実践指導 ・初心者の方への「話す自信」づくり バレエ鑑賞やハンドメイドが趣味で、レッスンも「楽しく学べる」ことを大切にしています。東京・大阪での企業経験を活かし、教科書だけでは学べない"生きた日本語"を教えます！ みなさんのレベル、希望（きぼう）に合（あ）わせて、レッスンをしたいと思（おも）います。 レッスンの前（まえ）に、メッセージで希望（きぼう）や質問（しつもん）を教（おし）えてください。 初心者（しょしんしゃ）のみなさんには、ゆっくり、かんたんな言葉（ことば）で　話（はな）します。 上級者（じょうきゅうしゃ）のみなさんには、みなさんの疑問（ぎもん）に答（こた）えたり、自然（しぜん）な日本語を話（はな）すためのアクセントのコツなどを話したいと思います。 I want to make lessons to suit student's needs. Before our first lesson, I'd like you to send your needs or questions. For beginners, I talk slowly and use easy words. For advanced learners, I answer your questions and give an advice about accent technique for natural speaking. 楽しく話しながら！！ ①Free Conversation　好（す）きなことを話（はな）しましょう。 日本語を勉強しているけど、話すチャンス(Chance)がない！という人。 楽しく話して、勉強しましょう！ I can correct your mistake and tell new things during free conversation. ②Business　ビジネス日本語や、日本のビジネスマナー、習慣について勉強しましょう。 日本のビジネスシーンでは、独特の言葉使いやマナーがあります。例えば、「こんにちは」は、言いません。「お疲れ様です。」「お世話になっております。」などと言います。とてもおもしろいです。他の国とは違うビジネス文化があります。私は典型的な日本のメーカーで新入社員研修を担当していたことがあります。日本のビジネスマンのことを楽しく勉強しましょう！ There are a lot of specific words and manners in Japanese business setting. I can teach those things. Some of them are so interesting and different from any other countries. I was in charge of a new employee training in the typical manufacturing company of Japan.
