Hi! I am Maya, a Chinese teacher from Changsha, Hunan province. I have 7 years of teaching experience and have the teaching qualifications for Chinese and English in China.

I used to be a full-time Chinese teacher in a language institution. Then I worked at an international school for one year. I have 7 years of teaching experience now.
My students age is range from 4 to 80 years old, so I have extensive experience teaching Chinese to both children and adults and familiar with all kinds of Chinese textbooks and proficient in Chinese knowledge. Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My courses can be divided into five types:
1.General course(Including HSK, spoken Chinese textbooks, business Chinese, and interview coaching)
2.Conversation Practice(Including news, stories, Chinese culture, and discuss any topic that interests you)
I’ll tailor our courses according to your learning needs, help you learn Chinese systematically and efficiently.

I have been doing classes with Maya for 2 months. I started classes with maya while in hotel quarantine and she was extremely flexible with my schedule, doing 2 hours of class every day for 3 weeks. Her teaching style was very adaptive to my needs and level. She is proactive in providing interesting and relevant teaching materials including news articles, social media posts, and tv show recommendations. Maya is also extremely motivating and friendly. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone at any stage of their language journey. I have enjoyed lessons with maya so much that I have continued to take classes with her on a daily basis.

A fantastic teacher - professional and very attentive to her students' needs. She has a great sense of when to correct mistakes and when to let the conversation flow without interruption. A wonderful person and a great teacher.
