Thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Coty, and I'm from the United States. Since 2018, I've been teaching abroad. During that time, I've gained experiences that have helped me become the teacher I am today. I believe I am the teacher for you. Teaching in my passion.
Aside from teaching, I am studying Polish, as I currently live in Poland. My other interests are learning languages, writing, playing video games, reading, and cycling. Of course, the standards apply, such as listening to music, watching TV and movies, and hanging out with friends.
I'd love to have the opportunity to meet you and get to know you better.

I believe in a student first approach. I will not interrupt you while you speak. I will give you corrections at a convenient stopping point and allow you to try to correct your mistakes. Since starting in 2018, my methodology's focus is to help you feel comfortable to try and when you make mistakes.
I believe in homework and will assign you homework to help you practice what you learned in the lesson.
STUDENTS IN EASTERN POLAND: Due to my current work contract, I am unable to have classes with Polish students in the Lubelskie area. I apologize for the inconvenience.

-Bachelors of Arts in History from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Conversation Lessons: These are better suited for speakers who have B1 to C1 levels of English. We focus on conversation and speaking. If there is a common pattern of mistakes, we will address it. However, we will not use a book.
Book Lessons: Using my digital copy of 'Voices' from National Geographic, we will develop your skills (reading, listening, and writing) to not only be able to listen and understand, but be able to communicate meaningfully. You do not need to purchase these books. They are quite expensive.
FOR IELTS: I will prepare you for the speaking portion of the IELTS. This class will move very quickly. You should prepare a drink due to the amount of speaking you'll be doing.Il mio materiale didattico

Coty has been so patient and supportive. When I told him I plan to have IELTS, he devoted so much time and efforts in preparing me for the speaking that I eventually got a very desirable result. In addition, the materials we read each week also help me got a full point in reading. The most important thing is that he really gives me confidence to speak and effectively communicate with people. Having such a brilliant teacher is my pleasure.
