Hi! :) I am Evgeniya, your guide to the world of the Russian language with a twinkle!
As a teacher, I specialize in adult learners (18+), helping them to speak confidently through immersion in culture and lively dialogues.
I am fluent in English myself, I studied French, and living in different countries has taught me to overcome the language barrier with humor and without stress. Now, from Moscow, I am sharing not only the rules, but also the "tricks" of the Russian mentality — from cinema to traditions.

📌Lesson plan depends on the student’s needs, whether he wants to focus on grammar, pronunciation or vocabulary development. The individual learning pace has to be taken into account as well.

Yevgeniya is a fantastic teacher. She assigns great pre lesson assignments and then works hard the whole lesson. I worked hard for 90 minutes, and when it was done I didn’t want the lesson to end! She’s just wonderful.

Another fascinating lesson. In this lesson we devled into Russian names, their nicknames and patronymics, and also had a bit fo a discussion of Belorussian-born Marc Chagal and landscape art in general. All veyr interesting!

Once again a very good session with Evgenia. Somehwat marred by the fact that I was late, but that was my fault. Interesting discussion about paintings.

Another extraordinary lesson with Yevgeniya, during which I taxed her patience with Russian haiku. But we also went through Easter customs, wishes and egg painting. I'm looking forward to the next one where we will look at Tatiana's letter to Evgeniy Onegin, standard reading for Russian schoolchildren.
