Hana est une professeure à la fois patiente et attentive. Elle enrichit constamment ses cours grâce à de nombreuses ressources extérieures au manuel, ce qui favorise l’élargissement de mon vocabulaire. Toujours à l’écoute, elle s’adapte avec souplesse à mes attentes et au rythme que je souhaite donner à mon apprentissage.

First and foremost, Hana is a very nice, fun and non-judgmental person to talk to and to practice your czech conversations with. I'm a non-typical learner and she is perfectly able to adapt and to fit my needs. I feel recognized in my progress, which makes me feel good about myself and my learning process. Hana will teach you real czech, so you can keep up in daily conversations, such as with friends or colleagues. Thanks Hanko, for the fun lessons and for being you.

Hanka byla tak laskavá, že pro mě sestavila kurz na míru s názvem „Česká hudební terminologie“. Nejenže toto téma do hloubky prozkoumala, aby vytvořila komplexní akademický kurz, ale při své práci se systematicky ponořila do českých archivů, historických katalogů a odborné literatury. Pečlivě porovnávala různé terminologické zdroje, konzultovala lexikální varianty a ověřovala kontextové užití jednotlivých pojmů. Její důslednost, analytický přístup a vlastní znalosti hudebních nástrojů i hudební teorie výrazně obohatily celý kurz. Díky Hance nyní ovládám veškerá lexikální pole relevantní k tomuto oboru. Jsem přesvědčena, že znalostnější a lepší učitelku byste jen těžko hledali!

Hana is an excellent language partner. I have met with her many times now (mostly for language maintenance/ advanced conversation), and it has really helped my Czech. She is knowledgable about the language (not all native speakers are), highly flexible, and supportive. She is also an intelligent and engaging person who can discuss a vast range of topics which is important if you aim for advanced or superior discourse. She keeps a running document that lists key phrases or questions that arose during our meetings, and I have found it helpful to be able to look back at these later. She is also skilled at coming up with examples to illustrate slight differences in meaning or usage. I recommend her most highly!
