Hello 👋🏼! I’m Tom, a certified British English teacher. I work with all levels (beginners to advanced), and I have a lot of experience teaching speaking skills and grammar usage. Whether you’re shy about conversations or need specific help to take your English to the next level, I’m here to help you speak confidently and accurately.
With 19 years’ experience (in colleges since 2006 & online since 2017), I’ve helped students of all levels—from kids to teens to professionals.
Fun fact: I’m learning Spanish in Panamá now, so I totally get the challenges (and joys) of language learning! I also take Spanish lessons weekly on italki.

In general, my lessons focus on helping you to practise speaking. I'm skilful at helping you to develop confidence and improve your accuracy and fluency. My lessons are interactive, and I help you to speak as much as possible! I have a patient and calm teaching style. I want to help you grow in confidence. I will support you as you speak and correct you as necessary.

Tom is a patient, kind, and excellent teacher! He corrected my mistakes kindly and in a good manner! I've had an amazing free conversation about my interests and hobbies, dacha culture, learning languages, about my country and Panama, sports and extra-curricular activities! It was awesome! Tom fixed my mistakes in pronunciation and grammar politely!

My daughter just loves learning English with Tom. After each lesson she looks happy and motivated.
Her level of the language has significantly improved. And it’s not only speaking skills, her grammar has also taken a step forward, though grammar could be tricky at such a young age.

My first lesson was fantastic! Tom is incredibly patient, well-prepared, and easy to talk to. I've had many classes before, but this one stood out for being both personalized and efficient. I highly recommend his lessons!
