Hello. My name is Allan Yu. I am Chinese-American. I was born in the USA. I am a native speaker of English, and I can speak a little Chinese (Cantonese). For my lessons, I give you a list of topics. You choose a topic you like. Example: animals, food, hobbies, movies, etc. I ask you questions about this topic. You answer the questions to practice speaking. I correct your mistakes if you like. I am happy to help you with English speaking practice. If you are shy about speaking English to other people, you can practice with me first. Thank you!

Allan is very kind and patient. He listens carefully and always gives me enough time to express myself. I feel comfortable and encouraged when talking with him. He’s not only a great listener, but also someone who guides me gently when I make mistakes. I really enjoy learning with him.
