My name is Lydia. I'm from northern Spain and I love to be in contact with other cultures and traveling all over the world. I'm very interested in art, literature and culture in general. Apart from Spanish teacher and examiner of DELE exams from Instituto Cervantes, I have experience in the tourism industry and a Masters degree in Marketing.
Me llamo Lydia. Soy del norte de España y me encanta estar en contacto con otras culturas y viajar por todo el mundo. Me interesan mucho el arte, la literatura y la cultura en general. Además de profesora de español soy examinadora DELE del Instituto Cervantes, tengo experiencia en el sector turístico y un Máster en Marketing digital.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I like to listen to my students to discover their goals. We will chart out a plan together to improve your skills in Spanish! I love working with my students to see how they progress, gain confidence and sound more natural. It's very important for me that you not just understand the concepts but you are able to put them into practice in a real setting.
Me gusta escuchar a los estudiantes para saber cuales son sus metas y así crear plan juntos para que mejores. Es muy importante para mí que entiendas bien los conceptos y los puedas poner en práctica en un entorno real. I chose to have some C1 DELE preparation classes with Lydia as she is an official DELE examiner (and because I could tell she was kind and professional from her video). Lydia has been a big help in my preparation process - especially with the oral exam. After having Lydia point out my errors, and instruct me on how to avoid/correct them, I have and will continue to put her consejos into action to speak the best Spanish I can. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Lydia!

Wonderful! Lydia does such a good job in explaining grammar. She makes things easy to understand and she is very enjoyable to talk to. I highly recommend her!

I would definitely recommend Lydia to anyone wishing to improve their Spanish. She is a highly competent teacher who is able to thoughtfully tailor her lessons to suit her students' goals. Lydia is also very easygoing and easy to talk to - both essential qualities when looking to improve your speaking skills.

Lydia es una profesora increíble, pues es paciente y trae ejemplos y ejercicios que nos ayudan muchísimo. En dos clases pude recordar muchos puntos importantes de la gramática! Su atención y ganas de ayudarnos hacen toda la diferencia.
