I have a bachelor and a teaching degree in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires, one of the most prestigious in Latin America. I am very warm and friendly, I am interested in developing good relationships with my students. I'm very good at explaining grammar and pronunciation. I am interested in teaching from practice. Grammar and rules of linguistics are very important at the beginning, but in my experience you always learn more when you have contact with the language in context, so I place a lot of importance on conversation and using materials that native Spanish speakers could read or listen daily.Il mio materiale didattico

Giovanna has a really great ability to identify the needs of the day and adapt a class to meet those needs. She always has a multitude of lesson materials and activities ready to pull from. I think this speaks highly to not only her experience as a teacher but also to her dedication to ensuring each of her students gets the most benefit from their time in class!

Excellent lesson! Giovanna crafted the lesson based on my performance in previous lessons, and gave me the chance to listen, speak, read, and learn grammar rules and uses. She is very warm and affable, and was very patient while I tried to form more complex sentences. I've tried several teachers on iTalki, and am very fond of Giovanna's teaching style and pace.

Giovanna is an excellent teacher. We talked about a lot of different subjects and I learned some new vocabulary. Her teaching/conversation style is very relaxed and easy going.
