I am a British native speaker with a neutral accent. My students say that I am friendly and patient. I do not teach children.
As an experienced and CELTA qualified teacher teaching business and general English, I am flexible and responsive to your needs.
I also have extensive experience in retail management, educational management, administration and customer service in a variety of industries including real estate, medicine and architecture.

I have been teaching on italki since 2012 and have taught over 5,000 lessons, to more than 300 students, with an average rating of 5.0. I started teaching English as a community volunteer in North Carolina in 2005 and have almost 20 years experience as a professional English teacher and instructor in the UK, Japan and Spain, I have taught private lessons, group classes, worked in language schools, companies and on government funded programmes. I have degrees in Business Studies and Economics and two teaching qualifications. and challenging but still enjoyable and not stressful
I have a large supply of exam materials to prepare you for IELTS and Cambridge exams.
Because of my extensive experience I am usually able to create a course for your specific needs, such as preparing for an exam, an interview, a presentation or a new job. My professional students include doctors, lawyers, IT experts, engineers and many others. I also offer conversation classes based on authentic contemporary materials.

I studied the subjects listed on thecertificate and wrote a dissertation. AFter completing this course I gained employment in retail management. When I started working as a professional teacher in the UK this qualification was accepted as proof that I could teach Business as an academic (high school) course, which I did for 7 years including to many non-native English speakers in London schools and colleges
