I used to teach primary school students for English and Chinese in remedial classes. I have an experience to teach two foreigners "face to face twice a week and it lasted for 2 months"who are in different Chineses levels. I also was a guide when some of my students came to china to spend the holidays around my city(i really feel inspired when my students get the practice of language!).As a native Chinese learner, Chinese pronunciation is my strong point. As a college student in the Department of Chinese(during my bachelor's degree), Chinese is also my specialty.

I am a time optimist, friendly and enthusiastic. As a teacher, I hope that after attend my lesson, my students will feel that I am spirited and faithful that I can teach them with my knowledge.

From 2004 to 2007, I was send by the ministry of education to Mauritius to teach Chinese there in the public schools. During the 3 years, I have accumulated many teaching methods.

At that time, he had been taking some Chinese lessons with a native Spanish speaker. However, I found that his learning method could be improved and realized I could be his Chinese teacher. Since our common language is English, this also gave me an opportunity to practice my English language skills. I discovered that I could use pinyin to help my friend pronounce Chinese correctly. The Chinese language is very different from other languages - both in grammar and pronunciation. This is why I teach my students step by step, in a fun and relaxed way. :)
