That way learning will not feel as something one 'has to' do with all its difficulties but as something one can hopefully enjoy while in the process, while learning things that are relevant to them. As a teacher I'm very friendly, patient and tend to make my students comfortable. First of all, I like to meet a person I have in front of me and then to adjust the lesson. I'm pretty flexible and can adapt to a student, whether she's/he's beginner or advanced, whether she/he prefers a grammar or conversation.
