Learning a language is not always easy and there are ups and downs. And it requires quite a bit of efforts and dedication. I believe that a good teacher makes learning more pleasant even when learners bump into obstacles, and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can speak without feeling nervous. So I try to be a good listener. I also try to make each class fun and helpful with enough preparation. One more thing: I teach mainly late teens~adults. I'm just better with grown-up learners :)
