When we look around the world, different cultures have differnt ways to help children grow up. For example, in nomadic culture, children learn to ride horses at an early age. Unfortunately, a huge earthquake hit Noto peninsula area in Japan on New Year's Day. The news says that 128 people are dead in Ishikawa prefecture as of January 7th. It also said that there are still 195 people unaccounted for after the earthquake. Japanese people are devastated by the news now. A portable battery charger was sent to Ishikawa the other day for the sake of supporting people who were affected by the disaster. Kumamoto big earthquake in 2016 inspired the company "Miraiju" to develop the battery charger and they put it to commercial use in 2023. It can both generate electricity and charge one with high purity Bio Diesel Fuel(BDF) which is composed by refined waste oil. It has 1.7m width, 5.4m length, 2.3m height and 6tons weight. The company says that it can charge 30 smartphones at the same time while charging a electric car. Kumamoto has decided to send it to Ishikawa as a token their appreciation when the prefecture faced Kumamoto big earthquake in 2016 and people all over the country had been supportive of Kumamoto.
