Il mio obiettivo è rendere l'apprendimento un attività entusiasmante e allo stesso tempo mirata a soddisfare gli obiettivi prefissati dai miei studenti, con attività a 360° che coprano tutta la competenza comunicativa. My experiences took place in different learning contexts and with different types of students: from beginners to the most advanced levels. My goal is to make learning an exciting activity and at the same time aimed at meeting the objectives set by my students, with activities at 360 ° that cover all communication competence.

Ciao a tutti! Sono Natascia e ho cominciato ad usare Italki come studente per apprendere le lingue straniere, in particolare mi sono focalizzata sull'inglese e sul francese. Successivamente mi sono iscritta come insegnante.  Mi piace molto aiutare i miei studenti nell'apprendimento della lingua italiana e cerco anche di trasmettere un pò della cultura e delle tradizioni di questo bellissimo paese.   A presto!

I think Italki is a perfect occasion to improve foreign languages because it offers what usually is very rare in traditional classes: a single person dedicated to you and the possibility to speak, freely and with no hurry. Conversation is the most important factor to improve a language. Moreover, I think I can make my students feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed during my classes. My golden rule is: if I am enjoying this moment and I'm having fun, so will the student.

My studies also led me to learn about the adults' world and their ways of internalizing new information when it comes to foreign languages.During my University study case, I had the chance to design an English course for absolute-beginner seniors, which was revealed to be the litmus test of the approach effectiveness I'd been working on up to then. I prefer to be seen as a facilitator of learning rather than a teacher,for my aim is to support others in their journey of language exploration by providing tools and offering expertise to raise consciousness of the new language system.

No need to be afraid of making mistakes—it’s all part of the learning process! That being said, immersion is the best way to learn. I will spend as much time as possible speaking in your target language—even if it may be challenging at first! Ultimately, it's my goal to ensure that your time with me is USEFUL (after all, you are paying me $$). So even if you don't learn a lot on a given day (learning is not linear), I'm quite sure that you'll leave our lesson at least having had an intriguing conversation, or a good laugh.

I am an easy-going person and very communicative so I believe that we can easily find a way to make our lessons fun and have the best results possible.

Amo trasmettere la passione per la mia lingua, l'italiano, e cerco sempre di farlo durante le mie lezioni. Mi piace trasmettere ciò che so agli studenti, ma trovo anche entusiasmante conoscere persone da ogni parte del mondo.
