Insegnante e Esaminatrice CELI con oltre 10 anni di esperienza Mi considero un'insegnante molto paziente e pronta all'ascolto.Sono specializzata nell'insegnamento dell'italiano a giovani e adulti, ma nei miei anni di insegnamento ho avuto studenti di tutti i livelli: dal livello A1 fino al C2. Sono un'esaminatrice CELI: conduco la prova orale degli esami CELI. Solitamente durante la prima lezione cerco di determinare il livello dello studente per poi approfondire le motivazioni e i bisogni che lo hanno portato allo studio dell'italiano. Le mie lezioni non saranno mai generiche ma saranno costruite esattamente sui bisogni dell'apprendente.

Sono un tutor con cui poter fare conversazione senza avere il timore di commettere errori, anzi, sono convinta che commetterli aiuti a migliorare, se è presente una persona in grado di individuarli e correggerli!

Italian with Paola" I've been teaching on italki since November 2016 and over the years I developed a very flexible method, which allowed me to teach to students of any level and with different goals, preferences and needs. During our lessons, I'll always try to create a relaxed atmosphere so you can feel at ease and have fun while learning. I usually conduct my lessons in Italian as much as I can, so you get used to it, but I can also use English if you like.

I teach English, Italian and Serbian at all levels. I can provide you with useful tips and you will learn how to properly pronounce the words, you will be able to expand your vocabulary and you are going to learn how to hold a conversation even with a native speaker.

Later I got a specialisation at the University of Siena as a teacher of italian language for foreigners. I have been teaching italian now for almost 10 years, and can say that I am now quite experienced! Before working online I have worked in language schools in Florence and in Moscow, Russia. In 2015 I switched to online teaching, and am now a freelance teacher on Italki and with private students I get through other channels.

Studio lingue straniere fin da bambina e questo mi permette di essere sempre anche “dall’altra parte”, cioè di capire la persona che ho davanti, come si sente davanti alle difficoltà ma anche alle soddisfazioni che imparare una lingua straniera comporta. Cerco di essere l’insegnante che, da studentessa, vorrei avere: qualcuno che mi aiuti a trovare il mio stile di apprendimento personale o che, se già lo conosco, adatti metodologie e materiali a queste mie caratteristiche personali. La preparazione delle lezioni per me è una fase fondamentale: cerco sempre di trovare argomenti interessanti e stimolanti e modi di usare questi materiali che siano adatti ai bisogni specifici dei miei studenti.

Credo che questo lavoro sia fantastico: "il poter trasmettere alle altre persone parte della tua conoscenza e parte della tua cultura" . Faccio questo lavoro da 3 anni e vedere la gente che ogni volta avanza e arriva a raggiungere il suo obiettivo mi da tante soddisfazioni. Sono una persona molto rispettosa e cerco sempre di venire incontro alle esigenze delle persone che ho di fronte. Italian native speaker and linguist, teaching on Italki since 2018 I am here to teach you and to support you. So I will not judge you of course! I want my students to feel at ease and enjoy the lesson, be it very chill or intense. I teach in English, but I also teach in Italian if your level allows you to follow. I can also speak some Korean, but since I am not so good at this, I prefer using English. I can still use Korean if that helps though!

On Italki, I’ve met students aged 9 to 93 — each one left a precious mark on my heart. However, sometimes clarity is necessary so we can also use English and French - and I still remember a little bit of Norwegian and Swedish!
