    我来自俄罗斯，目前居住在圣彼得堡。我的故乡是科特拉斯，这是一个非常小的城市，人口只有60万多。我妈妈现在住在那里，我有时会回去看望她。 我的家乡发展得并不太好，因为很多年轻人想去更大的城市开始他们的新生活，但是没有机会出去的人只能在家乡小城待着。这样的情况其实并非只发生在我的家乡，其他地方也是如此。国家不太关注城市的发展，所以现在很多小城市的发展情况岌岌可危。每当我想到这些都会有点难过。 尽管我为家乡的发展担忧难过，但是我还是非常喜欢我的家乡。 I guess you intended to introduce the situation and development of your hometown. However, you have an unhappy mix of the subject, I’m afraid. So I corrected your subject “城市”to“家乡”. Hope helps.😊
