I watched a movie with my important person. Today was really great time.

It's sunny today, but the temperature has dropped rapidly. My cat, wearing a cone around his neck, has been clinging to me all day. We snuggled in my bed, watching movies, while my mom rummaged through every closet in search of thermal clothing. I think she may have overreacted as cold days don't last long here. Soon enough, she'll need to swap out her short-sleeved clothes again. At this rate, it looks like my cat will sleep with me tonight. After all, he seems reluctant to leave the comfort of my cozy bed.

In last week's class, we discussed the benefits of social networking sites (SNS) to society.Social media significantly benefits our society as it offers a dynamic and accessible platform for people to communicate quickly and conveniently. This modern form of communication not only facilitates the rapid dissemination of information but also simplifies the process for people to establish and maintain both social and professional relationships. In a world that is increasingly interconnected, this aspect of social media is invaluable. Additionally, social media platforms provide individuals with the opportunity to express their opinions, share personal experiences, and voice concerns, thereby fostering a more diverse and inclusive society. This aspect of social media is crucial for the democratization of information, as it allows a wider range of voices to be heard that were previously marginalized or overlooked. Moreover, social media acts as a pivotal tool for small businesses and entrepreneurs, offering them a cost-effective means to market their products and services, engage with customers, and expand their reach globally. This not only boosts economic growth but also encourages innovation and competition in various sectors. However, it's imperative to acknowledge the potential negative impacts of social media, such as the risk of information overload, privacy concerns, and the prevalence of cyberbullying. These issues require careful management and responsible use of social media platforms.

As I mentioned before, I've recently been interested in the decarbonized society in addition to the go green movement. I found an article about one verification project online. The project, which local buses run with hydrogen produced by extra power like solar power, was started by Kyushu power electric company and Kyushu university on November 15. They plan to apply a fuel-cell electric bus in between Kyushu university campus and JR station in Fukuoka, and the bus plans to run until 2025. Hydrogen is produced by electricity at the hydrogen station in the university campus. Kyushu has a good sunlight condition and solar power is wide-spread. Sometimes, power supply exceeds demand depending on the weather and seasons and the company has to reduce power generation. The project produces hydrogen for bus's fuel utilizing extra power like this. Kyushu power electric company said that "Kyushu has a lot of renewable energy like solar power but it's hard to store electric power. So, this is a very informative project which will try to make the most of power underused.

I believe that social networking sites are beneficial to society. Certainly, social networking services have become too convenient in recent years, and young people have become so dependent on them that they can obtain information with minimal effort, which is a negative aspect. However, I believe that social networking sites can be beneficial to us in more ways than that. This is because SNSs allow any person to communicate with any other person. I think this is one of the major contributions of SNS. For example, some people feel uncomfortable communicating in real life because of their own complexes, but this can be eliminated with SNS, where communication is possible only through text. In this way, we believe that SNS can be beneficial to society by helping to solve the problems that people are not good at.

What can we do in the face of extreme weather?

The line chart clearly illustrates the proportion change in residents/inhabitants’ health level whose age is from 15 to 69 from 2012 to 2021.Specifically,the percentage of the residents’ health level rose/increased gently from 8.8% to 11.58% from 2012 to 2016.In stark contrast,after the following 5 years,it jump dramatically from 11.58 to 25.4%. There are two fundamental factors involved in this phenomenon.First,the economy of our country has developed rapid at a fast speed.People ‘s living standard has widely improved so that more and more people not only care the quantity of food but also care the nutrition as well.Meanwhile, Chinese government has fund ample money to exercise facilities and organized various leisurely activities to let people join in.Second,in modern society the conscious of health has became a common idea for inhabitants.Taking advantage of the technology and social media development ,most of the people can get the knowledge about how to improve themselves’ health. To my understanding,it is essential to improve inhabitants’ health level.With good healthy condition ,people will enjoy their lives better and reduce the money of medical treatment.I believe that if we do our utmost to health level ,it is promising prospect for us.
