I ate loco moco for lunch with my friends. It was very delicious😋 In the evening, I went to my club activity and we decided which first-year students would be joining. I’m looking forward to our future activities.

We always inspire ourselves with asome inspiring words, such as: faster, higher or stronger! These words usually came from some successful examples. Among them, the invention of trains are mentioned a lot. When the people who laught at the first train that ran slower than a horse, they wouldn't believe that a trin's speed can reach up to over 350 kilometres per hour one day. Some people who alway tell others to protect the environment, but think that gas-powered cars are the best choice. They refuse to try an electric car which is thought to be a toy in their minds. They can tell a lot of disadvantages of electric cars, though they never drived one of them. They just live in their world and can't accept the other things. They are really like the people who laught at trains 200 years ago. Maybe electric cars are not perfect, but plenty of people try their best to improve them .When less gas was consumed, I believe that more and more people will choose electric cars and our environment will be better, too!

Please kindly evaluate my writing: In many workplaces online communication has overtaken face to face meetings. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages? Many workplaces have replaced real-life meetings with internet conversations. I argue that the pros of this situation surpass the cons. People believe that the transfer of work skills and knowledge online is challenging. This is because it is difficult to demonstrate the techniques for completing certain tasks on a two-dimensional screen. For example, it would be ineffective to showcase the proper way to handle a screwdriver during the assembly of automobiles. However, this argument is invalid since modern technology can solve this problem. Cameras can revolve around to capture the movements of instructors from multiple angles and interactive 3D models can explain the details clearly to viewers. Instructors can post graphs and annotations on the screen to maintain interests and attention from the audience. In practice, it facilitates teaching since it helps people articulate ideas with less ambiguity. Others think that it lowers employees' morale since supervisors are not physically present. Workers would take longer time on their tasks and attend to personal matters under less pressure from senior staff. For instance, they can take long breaks and chat with their family and friends over the phone during office hours, ultimately decreasing their productivity. On the contrary, this is not true since online communication platforms enable employers to track the work progress of their teams at regular intervals. Some sophisticated systems even record and alert managers if there are violations of company policies. In summary, online communication has taken over in-person meetings in a great number of workplaces. The upsides of its interactivity and traceability of work progress exceed its downsides of reduced ease of teaching and lower work morale.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in interviews is thinking the interview starts with the difficult questions. It actually starts in the very first 30 seconds. Your energy, tone, confidence, professionalism, and ability to build rapport immediately shape the direction of the conversation. First impressions matter far more than most people realize. Something as simple as: “Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with me today. I really appreciate the opportunity.” already helps set a positive and professional tone. Strong interview communication is not about sounding perfect or memorizing answers. It is about sounding calm, structured, confident, and genuine. The strongest candidates: • speak clearly and naturally • structure their answers logically • connect their experience to the role • show enthusiasm without sounding rehearsed • create a comfortable conversation Interview success is often less about having the “perfect answer” and more about how you make the interviewer feel during the conversation. Confidence can absolutely be developed with practice.
