I have classes starting with the second period today. Last night, I went to a sauna in Saitama Prefecture with some friends. I did two sessions. The first one was insanely hot—I thought I was going to die—but the cold plunge afterward was pure heaven. I really love saunas because they completely wash away my fatigue. There’s a huge difference in how tired I feel between weeks when I go and weeks when I don’t. I definitely want to go at least once a week. I’d love to take a trip around the country to visit different saunas. If I’m being honest, I’d also like to try saunas overseas. The one I want to visit most is in Finland. There, the cold plunge is a natural lake—it’s freezing cold, so it seems like it would feel absolutely amazing. I want to go there at least once before I die.

Recently, I have started thinking more seriously about how I use my money. I have noticed that my money disappears much faster than I expect. Even though I work part-time and earn money, I sometimes spend it without thinking carefully. When I check how much money I have left, I am surprised because I do not remember spending that much. Because of this, I have started paying more attention to my spending. I want to understand where my money is going and stop buying things that I do not really need. For example, I sometimes buy food or small things just because I want them at that moment. Each purchase is not very expensive, but these small expenses can become a lot of money over time. I also want to save more money for things that are important to me in the future. I think it is better to think before buying something instead of regretting it later. I do not want to stop spending money completely, because I also want to enjoy my life. However, I want to find a better balance between spending and saving. From now on, I will try to manage my money more carefully and think about whether I really need something before buying it. I hope I can become better at managing my money.
