I practiced dance yesterday. Before that, I cut and dye my hair. Then I added special treatment, but I don't feel that my hair is better. The color was black gray. After practicing, I ate a ramen with my dance friends. It was very fun!! Next lesson will be 3 days later.

Today, after university I went to get my hair cut. The salon is in Takaido. It’s a little far, but I keep going there because the staff are so nice. I’ve been going there since high school. When I got home, I made dinner. After that, I watched *Hunter x Hunter*.I am so tired today.

Today, we used wheelchairs in class. My friend sat in mine to practice navigating up and down the stairs together. It was incredibly difficult and exhausting. Whenever the wheelchair tilted, it felt really scary for both of us. This valuable experience made me truly realize how challenging and frightening daily life can be for wheelchair users without proper support.

Today, I had my part-time job. I was happy because I got a candied strawberry as a staff meal. I was very tired. I want to sleep a lot.

Today, I woke up only ten minutes before my part-time job started. I knew I would be late, so I panicked and rushed to get ready. It was a very stressful morning. I want to manage my time better and avoid oversleeping in the future so this does not happen again.

I think that nuclear power generation should be restored in Japan because it is better for the environment and helps our lives. First, nuclear power is better for the Earth than thermal power generation. Thermal power makes a lot of carbon dioxide. It causes global warming. Second, electricity prices are getting higher in Japan. Thermal power and wind power are not enough to supply energy for Japan. Nuclear power can provide a large amount of electricity. Also, solar and wind power depend on the weather. Nuclear power can provide stable electricity all year. In conclusion, I think Japan should restore nuclear power generation because it is good for the environment and can help lower electricity prices.

Today, I went to school and attended my classes as usual. After school, I hung out with my friends. We talked about many things and laughed a lot. Then, we went to a convenience store and bought some snacks. After that, we played games together and enjoyed spending time with each other. When I got home, I finished my homework and relaxed.
