En este episodio vas a conocer algunos aspectos de la cultura argentina que se encuentran intrínsecamente relacionados con la cultura italiana. Este podcast está recomendado para estudiantes de español con un manejo avanzado del idioma.

¿Alguna vez escuchaste hablar del lunfardo? Es una jerga hablada en Arg. con una base preponderantemente italiana. Y es que palabras como “laburo”, “pibe” y “morfar”, derivan de sus expresiones originarias de Italia “lavoro”, “pivetto” y “morfa”.
Este aspecto lingüístico es sólo una de las tantas herencias culturales que hemos recibido de nuestros ancestros italianos y al día de hoy continuamos manteniendo.
Según datos del Gobierno de CABA, casi la mitad de los argentinos tiene sangre italiana, cerca de 700 mil poseen doble ciudadanía y son más de 1000 las instituciones y asociaciones italianas activas en Arg., algo inédito a nivel mundial.
Caminando por los barrios, principalmente de la provincia de Bs. As., es muy común encontrar sociedades de fomento italianas, donde el rezago de los inmigrantes nativos, sus respectivas progenies y simpatizantes de la cultura, comparten habitualmente eventos y actividades.
Asimismo, también es normal encontrar institutos de difusión de la cultura italiana, donde se imparten cursos y eventos sobre la lengua, el arte, viajes al país europeo, entre otros.
La cultura italiana está, aún hoy, muy presente en la cocina argentina. A través de las milanesas, los ñoquis, el aroma de los tucos caseros que se siente al pasar por las veredas, los entrañables crostoli y scones cuyas recetas hemos heredado, son sólo algunos ejemplos.
Y como es mundialmente sabido, los italianos tienen fama de hablar con las manos. Esto también se ve reflejado en el país latino, ya que los argentinos hemos heredado definitivamente esta costumbre de nuestros antepasados mediterráneos. Por eso, si vemos a un argentino pellizcando sus dedos o gesticulando mucho con sus brazos es, muy probablemente, un síntoma de su herencia tana.

이런 상황을 반영하듯, 최근 한 취업 포털 사이트에서 조사한 결과에 따르면, 청년 구직자의 60% 이상이 ‘1년 이상 장기 구직 상태’라고 응답했습니다. 또한, 취업을 포기하고 ‘취준 포기’를 선언한 청년도 증가하고 있는데요. 이는 높은 스펙을 요구하는 기업 환경과 낮은 임금, 비정규직 증가 등의 문제가 복합적으로 작용하고 있기 때문입니다.

이처럼 취업난이 계속되는 이유는 무엇인가요?

전문가들은 몇 가지 주요 원인을 지적합니다.
첫째, 기업의 채용 감소입니다. 경기 불황과 글로벌 경제 불확실성으로 인해 많은 기업이 신규 채용을 줄이고 있습니다. 특히 대기업보다는 중소기업과 스타트업에서 신규 채용을 줄이는 경향이 뚜렷합니다.

먼저, 정부 차원의 지원 강화가 필요합니다. 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 정책적인 지원을 확대하고, 청년 고용 촉진을 위한 기업 인센티브를 제공하는 것이 중요합니다. 현재 정부는 ‘청년 도약 계좌’, ‘청년 일자리 지원금’ 등의 정책을 시행하고 있지만, 보다 직접적인 채용 지원이 필요하다는 목소리가 나오고 있습니다.
둘째, 기업의 역할 강화입니다. 청년들이 직무 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 인턴십 프로그램을 확대하고, 신입 채용 시 학력보다 실무 역량을 더 평가하는 방식으로 채용 방식을 개선해야 합니다. 또한, 기업들은 청년들에게 적절한 임금과 복지를 제공하는 환경을 조성해야 합니다.

Beyoncé has now won more Grammys than any other artist in history, having brought her total to 32 at the award ceremony on February 5. That's one more than late conductor Georg Solti, who previously held the record.

Beyoncé won best R&B song for "Cuff It," best dance/electronic music recording for "Break My Soul" and best traditional R&B performance for "Plastic Off the Sofa." She then won best dance/electronic music album for Renaissance, which was also nominated for album of the year.

However, that top award went to British singer-actor, Harry Styles, for Harry's House.

Lizzo won record of the year — a category that awards all of the contributors on a single song — for "About Damn Time," giving a speech that brought many in the audience, including Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Adele, to their feet.

"I wanted to make the world a better place, so I had to be that change to make the world a better place. Now, I look around and see these songs are about loving your body and feeling comfortable in your skin and feeling good."



Sam Smith and Kim Petras won best pop duo-group performance for their song "Unholy." Petras said Smith wanted Petras to make the acceptance speech because "I'm the first transgender woman to win this award."

Petras also thanked friend and Grammy-nominated musician Sophie, who died after an accidental fall in Athens, Greece in 2021.

"Thank you so much for your inspiration, Sophie. I adore you, and your inspiration will forever be in my music," she said.

An Iranian singer, who is facing possible prison time for his music, won the award for best song for social change.

Shervin Hajipour couldn't be at the Los Angeles ceremony to receive his award for "Baraye" — which means "For." But he appeared stunned by his win in a video shared online.

"Baraye's" lyrics list the reasons many young people in Iran have been protesting in recent months, ending with the popular slogan, "For women, life, freedom."
