Today we talk about young.
What is young?  related to age?  or depend on appearance? maybe something inside?
今天是3月18日，我的城市，天气晴，17到26度，越来越热了。
早上出门的时候，我遇到我的邻居，她是一位80多岁的老奶奶。“奶奶，早上好！”我大声的打招呼。这位奶奶之前生了一场大病，所以她现在走路很难，每一步都只能往前走10厘米，她希望自己走的快一些，但是她的腿和脚都不行。她对我笑了笑，然后说“年轻真好！”
年轻，我已经很长时间不认为自己年轻了，可是，老奶奶说的很对，她80多岁，在她看来，我当然很年轻。
你觉得年轻是什么？18岁，28岁，还是30岁以前？看起来很帅很漂亮，而不是别人觉得你是个又老又丑的人？有些人认为年轻是一种状态，和几岁没有关系。
我呢，我觉得，年轻不是你几岁，而是你有没有下面这些能力。
第一个能力是吃，你能吃所有的东西，你知道有些人甚至不能吃糖
第二个能力是睡，现在的人很多已经不能好好睡觉了，他们已经离不开电脑和手机，上床以后想各种各样的事情，就是没法睡觉。
第三，最重要的是，对每件事情，每一天，你是不是都充满着希望和激情。只有这样，一个人才是真的年轻，每一天都是新的生活。

大家好，我是Yuli。欢迎收听我的播客。
今天想和大家聊一聊我的海南岛之旅。我现在在海南度假。大家知道海南在哪儿吗？海南是中国最南边的一个省，也是最有名的海岛。这是我第一次来海南，我和我的朋友计划在这里待一个星期。有一天我们在聊天，突然说到很想去海边。我们商量了一下儿，很快就决定一起来海南。
这次的行程很随意，我们打算一边工作一边玩。我们定了机票和民宿，看了下网上的旅游视频，大概了解了可以去哪里吃喝玩乐。昨天早上我们坐飞机到了机场，再坐一站高铁到海南的文昌市。民宿的老板来高铁站接我们，开车几十分钟就到我们住的地方了。我们订的民宿是在海边的一个小区里面，从阳台就可以看到大海和沙滩。在阳台喝着咖啡吹海风，非常舒服。
海南的椰子非常有名，我们到了马上买了两个椰子喝。这里的海鲜非常新鲜，我们去市场买了虾和螃蟹，然后拿去旁边的饭店加工。加工费是一斤13块钱，我们还点了炒青菜，还有免费的茶和菠萝。我们在酱油里面加一点柠檬汁，这样蘸着吃很好吃。
早上我很早就起来看日出，然后给学生上课。学生看到我身后的大海，他们都说很羡慕。昨天我们买了一只鸡，这也是文昌有名的美食。今天中午我们打算自己在家里做饭吃。待会民宿的老板会送我们去当地的菜市场，我们可以买些新鲜的蔬菜水果和海鲜。下午我休息一会，继续给学生上课，然后傍晚我们去海边散散步。晚上是我们头马俱乐部的演讲例会，今晚我是主持人。今天非常充实，明天我们工作不多，准备去椰林玩。这是中国最大的椰树林，那里的椰子鸡很有名，就是椰子味的鸡肉火锅。
