Class 16 gave you the auto. This class crosses the state: the long-distance bus, the railway and the ferry. You learn the bus classes (ordinary, fast passenger, super fast), the sentence to say to the conductor when you board, and seat etiquette on a crowded bus. Then the train: platforms, delays and the twenty-minute train friendship with its standard questions. Then the backwater ferry, which is real public transport, and why the houseboat is called the tied boat. Words and phrases in this class: ഈ ബസ് തൃശ്ശൂർക്ക് പോകുമോ? (ee bus thrissoorkku pokumo?) – does this bus go to Thrissur? കോട്ടയത്തേക്ക് ഒരു ടിക്കറ്റ് (kottayathekku oru ticket) – one ticket to Kottayam അടുത്ത ബസ് എപ്പോഴാണ്?
