        在这种情况下，有一种方法可以让自我肯定感低的人变得快乐起来，那就是“343法则”。就是说10个人当中喜欢你的人有3个，不喜欢也不讨厌你的人有4个，不喜欢你的人有3个，也就是说喜欢你和不喜欢也不讨厌你的人一共有7个。
