04. The Ideal Relationship 和爱人的相处模式

Forget the fancy suits and practiced answers.  Job interviews are about why, not what.  Why are you here? Why should we care?  The truth is, the scripted responses you rehearse might not resonate.  But what if you could tap into your authentic self, the one brimming with passion and ideas?  That's the power of mastering impromptu speaking.

Think of an interview not as an interrogation, but a conversation fueled by purpose.  Impromptu speaking allows you to sound natural and convincing.  It lets you ditch the script and dive straight into the wellspring of your "Why."  The interviewer throws a curveball question?  No problem.  You can think on your feet,  demonstrating your ability to adapt and solve problems –  essential skills in today's ever-changing workplace.

Imagine being asked about a weakness.  A scripted response sounds robotic.  But with impromptu fluency, you can talk about a past challenge, how you learned from it, and how that experience fuels your drive to succeed.  It's a story, not a statistic.  Stories connect.  They show your human side, your ability to overcome obstacles – all qualities that make you a compelling candidate. 

Confidence is another perk.  When you can speak confidently and articulately without a script, you project a powerful presence.  It shows you believe in yourself and your ideas –  the kind of person who inspires trust and gets things done.  So, ditch the memorization and embrace the impromptu.  It's not about having all the answers, but about the passion and purpose behind them.  That's the "Why" that will land you the job.

こんにちは。日本語教師のななです。
これは日本語を勉強している人のためのポッドキャストです。今日のポッドキャストのテーマは 日本でびっくりしたこと
そして日本語のレベルはN4です
前のポッドキャストで、「鬼滅の刃（きめつのやいば）」がおもしろいという話、そして「鬼滅の刃の魅力　いいところ」を３つ話しました。まだ聞いていない人は、1つ前のポッドキャストをきいてみてください
私は今、日本にいます。だから、日本の映画館で「鬼滅の刃 無限城編（むげんじょうへん）」を見ました。映画は本当にすばらしかったです。世界中で公開しているので、これから見る人も多いと思います。だからストーリーはここで話しません。でも、本当に感動しました。3回、泣きそうになりました。２回はがまんしたけど、さいごの３回目はがまんできなくて泣きました。
そして今回、日本の映画館にひさしぶりに行きました。そこで「えっ！」とおどろいたことが３つありました。今日はそれを紹介します。
びっくりしたこと ひとつめ：だれもスマホを見ない
私が行ったのは休日でした。映画館は満席でした。私は前にインターネットでチケットを買っていたので、見ることができました。一番後ろの席に座ったので、前の人たちがよく見えました。
映画は２時間半くらいでした。長い時間でしたが、だれもスマホを見ませんでした。明るいスマホの光が１回も見えませんでした。すごいですよね。
映画が始まる前にアナウンスがあります。「スマホの電源を切ってください」「光らせないでください」というルールです。日本では、みんながそのルールを守っていました。
わたしはふつう韓国に住んでいますが、韓国の映画館では、スマホを見る人がけっこういます。だから、日本の映画館はとても集中できて、びっくりしました。
びっくりしたことふたつめ：だれもしゃべらない
「鬼滅の刃」は子どもにも人気です。私が見たときも、大人が80％、子どもが20％くらいいました。でも、映画が始まってから終わるまで、だれもしゃべりませんでした。とても静かでした。
韓国の映画館では、話す人もいます。また、フィリピンやイギリスやカナダの映画館では、おもしろいシーンがあると、みんな声を出して笑います。でも日本の映画館はちがいます。ほとんどの人が、声を出して笑いません。静かに見ます。だから私は少しびっくりしました。
びっくりしたこと みっつめ：エンドロールをさいごまで見る
映画が終わると、歌が流れて、俳優や声優、スタッフの名前が出ます。これをエンドロールといいます。
今回の「鬼滅の刃」では、99％の人がさいごまで座っていました。だれも帰りませんでした。
韓国では、エンドロールが始まったら、すぐに帰る人が多いです。だから、日本の映画館でみんながさいごまで見ているのを見て、私は感動しました。「そうだよね、エンドロールまでが映画だよね」と思いました。


日本の映画館は、他の国の映画館とちがうところが多いです。みなさんの国はどうですか？日本と同じですか？それともちがいますか？ぜひ教えてください。
