Aujourd’hui, on revient aux racines du thé, profondément ancrées dans la culture chinoise. De cet héritage est né le Gong Fu Cha, un rituel raffiné qui met en valeur la complexité des feuilles et la maîtrise du geste.
Avant de se répandre dans le monde entier, le thé a d’abord été une histoire chinoise : une plante, une médecine, puis un art transmis de génération en génération. Aujourd’hui encore, chaque tasse garde un peu de cette profondeur millénaire.
