Yǒuměi: Tā shì shéi?
 
马丁：他是我们老师。
Mǎdīng: Tā shì wǒmen lǎoshī.
 
友美：他也是英国人吗？
Yǒuměi: Tā yě shì Yīngguó rén ma?
 
马丁：他不是英国人，他是德国人。
Mǎdīng: Tā bú shì Yīngguó rén, tā shì Déguó rén.

Today I'm talking about a phrasal verb that you can use to say that you've lost interest or enthusiasm for something. A phrasal verb that means that you're discouraged from doing something. This is the phrasal verb to "put off", which we can also use as an adjective, "off putting". I hope you find this useful!
