Professionele leerkracht🌸 Today’s Japanese Tip 🌸
Japanese people don’t often say “You’re welcome.”
When someone says ありがとう, we usually don’t reply with どういたしまして.
Instead, we say things like:
• 「いえいえ」 (No problem)
• 「とんでもない」 (Not at all)
• 「おやくにたててうれしいです」 (I’m happy I could help)
These sound more natural and humble in Japanese culture.
Please try to use them instead of どういたしまして❣️
