These are formal ways to end a letter:
Saludos (Regards)
Atentamente (sincerely)
If you are writting to a friend, you can finish the letter with something like this:
Con amor (Love)
Abrazos (Hugs)
Te mando un fuerte abrazo (a big hug)
Te veo pronto (See you soon)
Hasta pronto (see you soon)

The most common closing formulas in Spanish (from Spain, at least) are:
Atentamente.
Cordialmente.
Saludos cordiales.
More or less like 'kind regards'.

Saludos cordiales o reciba un cordial saludo. You can use any of them in a formal context.
