Hi, and welcome back to Everyday English with Teacher Alyse! If something usually or normally happens, it is the thing that most often happens. Usually I get up at six thirty am. I normally get up at seven am for work. Sometimes means on the same occasions rather than all the time. I sometimes sit out in the garden and read.
