Professionele leerkrachtHello English learners! If you're interested in taking the IELTS exam (or even if you're not), please take some time to listen to my second italki podcast episode. It goes through some phrases relating to "there is" and "there are" which can help you to answer a common type of question from Part 3 in the IELTS speaking test. In the podcast, you'll hear some examples of how to use a variety of connected phrases.
The podcast is appropriate for students at around a B2 level of English, but students at other levels may also find it useful.
After listening, you can try to answer the question yourselves, ideally with the structures you've just heard. Please feel free to share your own answers below and I'll give you some advice about how to improve.
