The outer part of a fruit, sometimes referred to as the skin, is the rind. The inner part of the fruit that we eat is called the pulp. A pulpless fruit would be a fruit someone has already eaten. In your example someone has taken the time to cut them in half and then remove the pulp, or edible part.
