Part 1)Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Many people nowadays spend too much money on their pets (dogs, cats, or other animals), although there are better uses for their money.
Many people consider animals as good friends and families, and they buy their pets many exorbitant things. Personally, I agree people today spend too much money on their pets far more than they should. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, pets are just like humans, who need emotional love way more than material stuff. I understand pet owners want to take good care of their little animals, so they tend to splurge on pet goods, of which some are totally non-essential, such as expensive hairdresser care, toys, and accessories. For example, what is the use of a luxury dog sweater for a puppy? May it makes him look handsome or decent to the owner but has nothing to do with the puppy's real needs, which include a safe shelter, clean water, and food. Apart from those, all he wants is that its owner takes time to walk and play with him. All of these don't cost much at all. Therefore, being a good pet owner is not about spending money but about love and company.(To be continued)

You write very well! This is not another correction.
You wrote : "I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore in the following essay."
Nothing wrong with this. Here are a few more options you can try :
- There are two main reasons for this.
- In this essay, I shall elaborate/explore the two main reasons I formed this opinion.
- There are two [main] reasons why I take this view/point of view/standpoint. [I shall elaborate on them in this essay].
- There are two [main] reasons that caused me to come to this opinion/conclusion. [I shall elaborate on them in this essay].
In brackets are optional, so you can mix it around for variety.
I also agree. We should always love and care for our pets. But we still have to remember to treat them as pets and not to go overboard with the luxury and pampering.
