Actually rode rage is a common phenomenon among modern society, regardless of domestic or abroad.i think there have been two main reasons.First ,the increasing population in megacity always create transportation issues caused by public transports and private cars which become the main reason for traffic jam. People find it hard to arrive at destination by driving car even though it is a short distance. Second,i think it has much to do with personality if they have encountered a number of difficulties in mundane routine, they may be more aggressive and anxious so the outrageous sense driven by bad mood make them rode rage.

Yes. My dormitory is next to a intersection. Drivers always press the horn during peak period and sometimes I can hear them shouting and swearing at each other.
