I can study English, Chinese for more than 10 years, and study Spanish and Japanese now. When the student doesn't show up on time without prior notice, I can wait for 20 minutes. After this I'll consider this as no-show and the lesson fee will be fully charged. In case of my no-show, the credit will be returned and the next lesson will be free of charge. 2) Rescheduling through italki system is always OK. You don't need to ask me. 3) Cancelation If you want to cancel the lesson at least 3 hours before the class time I'll accept it, but if the request is sent within 3 hours before the lesson time I'll charge half of the lesson fee. 4) I don't teach children or students under 18.
