A Happy New Year. All the best for 2025. I would like to share the article here, which I came across online, this year too. It is about "The influence due to a lack of sleep" this time. The article says that a lack of sleep affects not only our body such as a sense of fatigue but also mentality. So, we have to make a point of action that we will get comfortable sleep. The influence on daily life and the risk due to a lack of sleep are as follows 1)Decreasing an efficiency of working and studying 2)Raising a risk of being sick 3)Feeling down often 4)Can't seem to get rid of fatigue The way to deal with a lack of sleep are as follows A)Maintaining sleep hours =>Need to find proper sleep hours for you at first B)Fixing your sleep schedule =>Need to adjust your body clocks with exposure to the sun   C)Getting enough good quality sleep   =>Listening music, reading books, taking a bath 90-120 minutes before sleep I'm going to alter my lifestyle and add those solutions to my New Year's resolution.
