Good morning!! I’m very impatient now because my report is due in a week and I haven’t done anything!! and I have a part time job too! I have to done steadily… I have a lot of reports and tests this month and next month, but I’ll do my best for the summer vacation!!

Can you, please, comment on my concert review? Sci-fi films and symphony orchestra? A sensational filmharmonic concert has it all. Last Friday Prague Rudolfinum hosted a majestic performance of music from science-fiction films. It included twelve pieces from “Dune”, “Interstellar”, “Star Wars”, and other remarkable movies and lasted for about three hours. What is the reason it was such a roaring success? Was it a good idea to combine popular films and symphonic orchestra? The concert was nothing short of exceptional. Little did I know, at the entrance of the concert hall we would be welcomed by sci-fi characters wearing outstanding costumes. It definitely added some spice to the event. But this is the expressive music that made the whole performance soaring. There were all kinds of instruments, you can name it. The conductor drew out a performance that was both nuanced and controlled, allowing every phrase to shine. Later, the chorus joined in a passage so powerful, it filled the entire hall with a sense of grandeur. Even my fidgety son was on the edge of his seat the whole concert. As for the drawbacks, I couldn’t find any. Taking into consideration, the concert wasn’t tailored for kids, it was however captivating even for little ones. I guess some kind of interaction might be added to make it easier for the young audience to concentrate. but again, the performance was perfect even without it. All in all, I would highly recommend this philharmonic event to all who are seeking an emotional grandiose musical event that you won’t be able to forget. It's a CAE review, writing Part 2. I am working on a difficult task now. I have to write a report, but it's hard because I don't like writing. It's a report about the topic I've decided on, but it's also difficult to decide the topic. The task is hard, but done, it feels accomplished I'm thinking of doing my best to meet the deadline.

Can I replace “peaceful” with “tranquil” in this sentence: “He needed a peaceful place to write his novels”?

It was hot today. I felt hotter than yesterday. I went to Hakone yesterday. It’s a high altitude area. It was not hot, so I had a comfortable time. But it’s hot what the my school is located. I felt very hot today.. I wish the hot days would disappear..

It was sunny today. A rare earthquake struck the city next to us and we felt it too. After dinner, Dad was lounging on the couch when he suddenly shouted, "Mom! The whole building is shaking!" I wouldn’t have noticed without him. Then, the chandelier began to sway. After a few rapid jolts, small gadgets and ornaments tumbled from shelves, scattering across the floor. Honestly, I wasn’t scared in the moment; it just caught us completely off guard. But thinking back, those falling objects were a clear sign we should have run outside. Instead, we stayed still like sitting ducks. If the quake had been stronger or lasted longer, we could all be in heaven now. Luckily, it hasn’t done no real damage, and the shaking quickly faded. It felt like a once-in-a-century event, worth jotting down.

It was humid and muggy today, so I felt tired since the morning. The temperature wasn’t that high, but the humidity made it feel much hotter. I really hope the humidity goes down. Today is a busy day with lots of classes, so it’s tough, but I’ll do my best so I can enjoy my day off tomorrow.
