#1　朝の日課

みなさん、こんにちは。日本語教師の亜希子です。

いつもインスタグラムやYoutubeを見てくださって、本当にありがとうございます。

今日のテーマは、「朝の日課」についてです。私は「朝型人間」です。みなさんはこの言葉を聞いたことがありますか？朝型人間というのは、英語でmorning person、つまり早起きして、朝から活動的な人のことを言います。反対に「夜型人間」というのは、night owl、夜遅くまで起きて、夜に活動的な人のことを言います。

私は朝型人間なので、朝５時に起きます。よく周りの人からびっくりされますが、少し早く寝れば５時に起きるのはそんなに難しくありません。

私は朝の雰囲気が好きです。窓から見える青白い風景、鳥の鳴き声、少し冷たい風・・・どれも心が落ち着きます。

朝は必ずコップ一杯の水の飲み、その後、コーヒーを淹れます。そしてそのコーヒーを飲みながら、少し仕事をします。朝は頭がすっきりしているし、元気があるので、クリエイティブな仕事が捗ります。

今朝はこのポッドキャストの原稿を書いていました。なるべく分かりやすい言葉を使って書いているつもりですが、いかがでしょうか？感想が聞けると嬉しいです。

少し仕事をした後は、運動をします。だいたい10分～20分ぐらいです。その日の気分で、ヨガをしたり、HIITをしたりします。HIITとは、High-Intensity Interval Trainingのことです。短い時間なので、無理なく続けられるのがとても良いです。おススメですよ。
