IELTS SPEAKING PART 1 - FRIENDS

大家好，我是Honglin老师。欢迎来到我的汉字频道。

这是我的第四次推送。今天要给大家分享的字是，“独“，孤独的独，独自的独。

“独”是一个，单个的意思。这个字呢，左边是犬字旁，指的是狗；右边是个虫子，也是一种小动物。那一只狗和一只虫子，为什么组成了“一个”“单个”的意思呢。

独其实是个会意字，也就是说，它把两个单独的汉字放在一起表示一个新的意义。狗有什么特点呢，它们会为了食物打斗，失败了，狗就逃走，赢了，这只狗就可以独自享受食物。那虫子呢？

在以前，或者在繁体字里，独不是这样写的。犬字旁的右边其实是个“蜀”字。这个“蜀”有时候也用来指四川省，中国西南部的省份。它是指的是一种喜欢独自呆在一种花里的虫子，长得有点像毛毛虫。 

狗喜欢吃独食，这个叫“蜀“的虫子又喜欢独自在花里。那把他们两个放在一起，就变成了独，表示“只有一个”。

那今天给大家分享一个含有“独”的词语，叫“独裁”，“独裁”。大家应该都听说过卓别林，Charlie Chaplin。他有一部非常伟大的电影，叫“The Great Dictator’，讲了一个想要统治全世界的人，翻译成中文，就是《大独裁者》。所以独裁的意思，就是指独自裁断，独揽政权，一个人统治一个国家。而这样的人，就叫，“独裁者”。

大龙：我两个都用。最近因为“饿了么”有红包，所以我经常用它。哎，为什么它说不能送？

苏南：我看看。哎呀，因为你没有换地址，这个分店送不到你家那儿，你把地址换成我家的。

大龙：难怪呢。现在好了，它说20分钟左右送到，还不要配送费。

苏南：对了，你有没有备注说不要放蒜？我不爱吃蒜。

大龙：我记得你不爱吃，所以写了不要葱也不要蒜。你要什么辣？这里有不辣、微辣、中辣、特辣。

苏南：我要微辣。

大龙：好，下单了。对了，我还有几家好吃的餐厅，要不要发给你？

苏南：好啊，谢谢！

网上，有这样一个精准击中成年人情绪的发问：为什么很多人开车回家，到楼下了还要在车里坐好久？
最多的回答是：“需要独处。”
很难说清成年人的生活中，一天之中有多少时间是完全属于自己的。我们的时间像一幅巨大的拼图，每一块拼图都被清晰地分配了任务：
在办公室里是效力的员工；在社交场合中，是应酬的一员；在家的屋檐下，是要尽责的成员……
当时间被精细地功能化之后，独处就像对机械运转的钟表按下了暂停键，给自己一个“换气”的出口。哪怕仅仅是在沙发上发一会呆、放空，都是有益身心健康的，它不一定产生直接价值，却能润物无声地修复心情，是生活里必要的布白。
