With the fast developement of China, mandarin Chinese is becoming more and more popular in the world. My question to those who are learning Chinese is "Do you think Chinese is too difficult to learn?" and "Compared with your native language, which one you think is more difficult?"

The pronunciation is difficult, but none moreso than any other language. The tones are very different, but not too hard once you learn how they sound. The only thing I've found hard so far is learning to write the characters. The grammar is so easy, I tell my friends it's the easiest language I've tried so far!
