I usually run 3 miles everyweekend. But After the Covid broke out, it's been one year that I haven't been run. With regard to that, I'm concerned about my lung capacity. I can't believe Alan Turing was such a great runner that he could've been selected as a marathoner for the British Olympic team. He ran a marathon in 2:46. I also do pull ups, push ups and squats biweekly to stay in shape.

I used to run 3 miles every weekend. But since Covid broke out, I haven’t run for the whole year. As a result, I’m concerned about my lung capacity. I can’t believe Alan Turin was so great a runner that he was selected to run the marathon for the British Olympic team.
