I feel so sad

My tutor told me that my paper can not be published if it is not extensively proofread. I feel so sad. I already modified it for two weeks. No one can help me. My another other tutor is only concerned whether my paper cites his paper. It is a great problem for me. I feel so sad and i nearly cried. A tutor has a responsibility to teach the student. It is no not possible.
