i've seen a video  they adviced to use that : when you learn a new word  try to write it in a sentence and do it for the next word again and again  . the sentences will be made from you your ideas so they will be a clue for you to remembre the new words   an ather way is to make a notebook  and write the word in the first page and in the seconde not the definitions try to write a sentence as a definitions that's all from me
