Mujhe hindi sangit zyada pasand hai. Ab mere list pe 25 sa giit hain. Tujhe dekha to ye jana sanam mera pyara gana hi hai( means - Tujhe dekha to ye jana sanam is my lovely song. For 'favorite', say 'pasandiida' mera pasandiida gana hai') aur isse giton ka anuvad karne lagi main, chaar mahine pehle.
Aaj mainne tiin naye giit discover kiye.

ye shabd abhi abhi wale giit se hai.. samajhane ke liye kuch kathin hua hai (samajhna kuchh kathin hau  or samajhne mein kuchh kathinai hui hai)

'baat' becomes key here. baat may mean variety of things. it may mean matter, discussion, talk, word etc etc.

So according to the context it may  be

matter of ..., matter/discussion/talk about ..., etc.

Right now, I can't think of any sentence structure, by which we can fit every sentence/usage accurately.

it may be all about context.

e.g.

samajhne ki baat - something which should be/needs to be understood.

chinta karne ki baat - matter to worry about.

if i say

'yah to bas kehne ki baat hai' would mean
